Ok I took your advice and got the latest stable version.4.2.3.dev it will
run in apache 2.40. That version seems to be slower and just a bit more
fussy then older versions.
A few general questions for any one that knows.
Who is snap.php.net? is it the windows side of php.net?
How early in development is php4.2.3dev?
Why is there no web interface to snaps.php.net?
