You need apache httpd server to use php. You can use microsoft IIS but it's not a good solution. Install apache 1.3.26 for win32. How to install php for apache is explained in the documentation you can found in the php package. I suggest you to install it as a service in apache and not as a cgi as it is suggested by the php team.
