Hi, I too am having a similar problem. PHP v4.2.1 as a module over Apache 1.3.26 over Windows XP runs just fine. The same PHP over Apache 2.0.39 over the same OS/same box fails to start. The error message that Apache generates in the Event Viewer is "c:\php4build\snap\sapi\apache2filter\sapi_apache2.c" is not compatible with this version of Apache.
I'm pretty sure that the Windows binaries will need to be rebuilt and reposted.
