Thank you very much for all your help! I have checked the ld.so.conf and add the path. However, I don't know how to run the comand "ldconfig". I know simply type"shell> ldconfig" would not work. I am familiar with this command. ALL THE STEPS i USED for installation is following the manual of PHP4.0. Could you tell me how to run "ldconfig"? Thanks again! Duo
