[PHP-INST] HELP: FreeBSD 4.6 + MySQL Server 2.23.x + PHP 4.2.1 + Apache 2.x

Does anyone know of a tutorial on how to setup, FreeBSD 4.6 +
MySQLserver 2.23 + PHP 4.2.1 + Apache 2, correctly.
they will all be on the same server for now. Any thing will help.
