Hi ! I have apache 2.0.35 installed in a windows 2000 professional machine. It is not an apache update from an older version it is a brend new instalation of apache. I'm trying to install php 4.2.1 as a module in Apache. Following the steps of the install.txt that comes with the php zip "php-4.2.1-Win32.zip".
