First of all, don't use all caps, It looks like you are angry when you do that. People don't like dealing with angry people.
Second, try to search through the archives for keywords to the problem you are experiencing. If you don't find anything that answers your question then go to step three. Third, post your question to the list, use a short but descriptive subject. And don't forget to include details about the problem such as operating system, versions of software, options that you are trying to use, etc...
