After following the install instructions to the letter I find that a test phpinfo.php page will not open. I am using the php-cli.exe in the php folder (I assume this right). The phpinfo script works from the command line OK. I tried moving the php.ini, php-cli.exe and php4ts.dll to the IIS scripts folder but I still have the same problem.
