I have to compile & install php-4.0.6 src on a machine. I can configure & compile everything necessary, but when php looks for the pgsql.so library, it can't be found & exits abnormally. Upon further investigation, I discovered that this file was never compiled when I ran 'make'. I included --with-pgsql in my configure parameters. What am I missing?
