For anyone who may be following the thread, and
because there's no information about the problem
I had with HTTP_WSER_AGENT on the Net, here's the
problem:

When AtGuard 3.2 Firewall (maybe some other firewalls)
with privacy options for HTTP headers turned on,
the Windows system sends HTTP_WSER_AGENT, instead
of HTTP_USER_AGENT.

Yea... I'm a big dumb animal! =)
