All you really need is something quite basic A Pentium II 450 would work with about 256mb RAM recommend 384 or 512. The Hard drive size is really up to you and the amount of info you are going to store on your site. You sound like you could easily get away with a 10GB HD. Is this going to be for your office, home(internet site (hobby)).
