I need to use PHP 4.1.2 running on Red Hat 7.2 to access an Oracle 8.17 database running on a Windows 2000 box. I have read numerous posts, articles, etc... stating that I need the oci8 libraries to accomplish this. However, I could not find any references to where I might actually locate these libraries.
