Hello, I am trying to compile a standalone version of the php binary on my system:
Redhat 7.2, linux 2.4.17 php-4.1.2 Below is the debug.log file that is generated after running a configure. If you notice the LIBS line there is, I think, an extra '-l' that is causing the error. Before my configure script had --with-gd before --with-java and the configure error then was "/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -l--library=gd" I have looked in the configure script and can't seem to find this. Is this indeed the error? This error doesn't appear when compiling the apache module. If this is indeed the error, how do I fix this typo? Thanks for your help.
