I have installed PHP on my machine with Apache Web Server.  When I run a test script my browser output is blank and it logs an error in the Apache Error Log that says:

[Sat Jan 12 21:07:11 2002] [error] [client 4.33.168.218] Premature end of script headers: c:/php4win/php.exe

I have tested PHP with the php.exe -i command and it runs successful
