Greetings, First of all, which version of FBSD are you using. I installed basically what you + more options on both a 4.2 and a 4.3. I simply went to the ports tree on my machine and did a Make / Make install. It has a *wonderful* menu that you can choose all the options you want compiled into the install. Then does it all without a prob. If I were you, I'd go back to that tree and do a Make distclean/ pkg_delete mod_php/ reboot/ go back to the tree again/ type make/ choose all the options you want this time/ let it finish "making" then choose make install/ let it finish/ reboot just for good luck and enjoy your new build. Couldn't get sweeter than that! :-)
