That sounds like you already had Apache and everything else installed and then you installed FoxServ over-top of it. Uninstall FoxServ, then individually uninstall the other components for php, apache, and mysql. Make sure you delete the php.ini and my.ini files, too - sometimes those are not uninstalled. But before you delete them - make sure you take a peek at their contents to make sure that something like my.ini isn't the initialization file for some other "my" program like MyAccessTools or MyProgram.
