[PHP-INST] PHP4-Windows98-PWS

Looking for help.  I tried to install PHP4 on Windows 98 with PWS, following the 
manual on www.php.net Windows installation section.  It dit NOT work, maybe something 
unclear.  If you know, would you get me some help?  Thanks
