I have run php406-installer.exe to install on my win ME PC with PWS (win ME edition) it runs fine on 2 other PC's but on one I get a "One of the library files needed to run this application cannot be found. " Error
Its installed to C:\php with all the defaults ( I have also tried 405 with the same result) Any thought would be greatly appreciated.
