[PHP-INST] php.ini is not there after installation !!????

Hello,

When I Install PHP with apache, it does not install the php.ini !!!!
The path is defined as /usr/local/apache, but nothing is there after
make install.
Every thing else is OK.

Do I have to copy the php.ini from somewhere ?
