[PHP-INST] Install php4 in wondows 2000

I'm new in php4. I want to know how to install php4 in wondows 2000.
I have read manual in www.php.net, but it is not clear to me. Please 
help to describe clearer to me. One more think...should i use apache or 
IIS in my windows2000....which is better? how do i get them?
