Hi Kenneth,
maybe were just misunderstanding each other all the time, but:
if libphp4.so is in /www/a/netscape/suitespot/bin, you'll probably need
to add /www/a/netscape/suitespot/bin to LD_LIBRARY_PATH (without
dropping /usr/local/lib)
