I am trying to make PHP works on Solaris 8.0 (IA86). I had successfully compiled the openssl and c-client library with SSL support, however, PHP continues to complain the c-client library does not contains SSL support and ask me to recompile. I am using GCC 3.0 from sunfreeware.com. -- Message dump start -- checking for SSL support in IMAP... yes configure: error: This c-client library does not support SSL.
