[PHP-INST] redhat 7.0 + php4.0.4pl1 = BUG ? any fix ?

When i read through the php manual online today .. i realise there's a bug
with the File upload function ... when php4.0.4.pl1 runs on redhat 7.0 ..

i was wondering whether is there any patch for it ?? ... coz i really dont
wanna recode the scripts ...
