Hallo,
nachdem ich das Problem jetzt schon in 6 NG gepostet und noch keine
sinnvolle Antwort bekommen habe gebe ich die Hoffnung bald auf. Ich habe PHP
4.04pl1 CGI, Windows, ME und den Xitami Webserver.
Problem:
Die Umgebungsvariable &PHP_SELF stiummt nicht!
wenn ich phpinfo() aus der root aufrufe ist alles OK, sobald ich aber in ein
Unterverzeichnis gehe und phpinfo() dann aufrufe giebt $PHP_SELF den Pfad
und die Datei aus, und hängt den Pfad dann wieder an die Datei an.
z.B: subdir1/test.php/subdir1
Das hat unter anderem zur Folge das die Icons in der phpinfo() nicht mehr
angezeigt werden und ich die Arbeit mit PHPLIB auch vergessen kann.
Wer hat eine Idee.....?

Hello, after I now already gepostet the problem in 6 NG and still no
meaningful response got give up I hope soon. I have PHP 4.04pl1 cgi,
Windows, ME and the Xitami Web server. Problem: The environment variable
&PHP_SELF does not stiummt! if I call phpinfo() from the root am all OK ONE,
as soon as I go however into a sublist and call phpinfo() then giebt the
path and the file out, and hangs the path then again to the file on e.g.:
subdir1/test.php/subdir1 that does not entail among other things that the
Icons in phpinfo() the no more to be displayed and I the work with PHPLIB
also forgotten can. Who has an idea

my problem:

with phpinfo() from the root-folder is all correct, but if
i call phpinfo() from inside of a sub-directory, then PHP
returns the path + the phpfile + path.
i.e: subdir1/test.php/subdir1
This cause that the icons/pictures from the phpinfo() are not
displayed any more. Another nasty side-effect is, that PHPLIB
does not work with this issue.
any suggestions.....?

Ok, has someone got this running?
I got this far:
1. Checked out CVS Version 2000-09-02
2. ./autogen.sh
3. make error then fixed corba_defs.h
4. make error with loop while making examples/random/
5. rm -r examples and edited Makefile.am and removed
SUBDIRS=examples
6. make succedded
7. make install succeded
---
8. Configured and made PHP 4.0.4.pl1 with Satellite
and succedded
---
9. Configured Apache with PHP Module
10. make error with serveral undefinded references in
satellite/typecode.c and zval_to_namedvalue.c
I'm hanging at Satellite for one week, now.
Please save my project to be switched to JAVA, if
there is no progress this week.
