I have just set up Apache to handle php requests. It looks like it is running fine and no errors appear so far as I can find. However, even if it is the "hello world" version of a php script, I get the same output every time. After a few seconds (because I am running php as a CGI), I get what looks like the binary! I say this since I am running on Irix and it starts off with 'ELF...' followed by unintelligible garbage. Does anyone know what is causing this? I have searched all the archives but cannot seem to locate more than one report of this (and it had no follow up reply). Again, it looks like Apache is executing php properly. I have tried putting my scripts in both the cgi-bin directory and in other directories. Everything returns the same results...
