Hi,
I can't install PHP 4.0.0 on my i386 Red Hat 6.2 (kernel 2.4.1), with Apache 1.3.12 and MySQL 3.22.32
The debug.log (see the whole log in attachment) says following:
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lmysqlclient
collect2: ld returned exit 1 status
Any idea what might be the problem? I tried reinstalling MySQL (installation with no errors or warnings), it did not help. I also tried it with MySQL daemon running, same result.
Will truly appreciate your comments.
