It would be rather difficult to step you through it through e-mail, so try
http://www.nusphere.com/download/download_now.htm . This is a nice install
pack for trying Apache 1.3.14 /PHP / MySQL on a Windows box, and you can be
up and running in a matter of minutes. I assume you want to learn PHP, and
the server part is just getting in the way. I would also recommend picking
up Professional PHP Programming by Wrox publishing..
