So you do not have access to the server that has the code you are trying to debug? That seems like a bigger problem. If you can at least test this with a browser, you can use it to view the source. This will reveal the HTML, and you can just show us the relevant parts. Of course, if we notice the problem, it sounds like it is useless anyway, since you cannot access the server to fix anything.
