I wrote a simple test script which increments a sessions counter, as per the manual. That way they couldn't complain about having to debug mountains of code, etc etc.
Intead of the usual 1,2,3,4,5...50 it was more like 1,2,3,0,4,5,1,6,7,2,8,9,3 I emailed them, and they've switched the sessions over from 'mm' (memory) to 'files' for the moment... and we'll see if that works.
