Try incrementing $i outside:

  for($i=0 ; $i<$c ; $i++){
    echo "$splited[$i]";
    $i++;
    echo "$splited[$i]";
    echo "<br>";
  }

PS
BTW, notice the $i++ on the top as well.

And also, the semi-colon after "<br>"--you'll get a "parse error" again :)
