You need to supply more info here for help. 1. like how is php installed: compile, rpm 2. where is php trying to look for you php.ini file ( phpinfo() path) 3. tell us what you have done to try and find the php.ini file.
Then we can really help out... or just run and search for the file php.ini on your mac...
