[PHP] paper size print problem

I want to set up a specific size of paper to print a report.
I made this with a PDF document and in screen looks like the size that i need, but when i print it, the printer doesn't respect the size and always print with the letter or default acrobat size.
I check the printer properties and doesn't have a customs size option.

What can i do?
