Start with the regular expression functions in PHP. Once you have an understanding of how they work you will start to figure it out. You will be a better programmer for it. Once you have started to assemble your code, post it with questions about the how's and why's. Most folks on this list who are here to help will not take the "5 minutes" to write an untested piece of code for you.
