[PHP] FW: problem with new_xmldoc()

I ran into a problem using new_xmldoc() function I just set up PHP v
4.2.3 because  the 4.0.1. version resulted:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: new_xmldoc()
 
and so dose the new version v.4.2.3
 
Any Ideas??
