I believe that x-cart provides the code when you
purchase. Looks like an inexpensive and full featured
solution. 

Check out www.oscommerce.com for an excellent open
source project that will rival most commercial
solutions. There are some live site examples in the
featured sites section. Many features and new
contributions daily.
