You should sent this announcements to pear-dev or
pear-general, not to phpdoc. In this list we deal w/
the PHP documentation (i.e. manual), *not* with the
documentation of classes/scripts written in PHP.

Unless, of course, phpdocumentor can read the C code
for PHP and generate the appropriate DocBook pages
(and translations)... ;-)
