The graphical traceroutes are far from infallible. In many cases they just
plot the address where the organization responsible for the domain or IP
block has its IT department. If your site visitor is at a small company,
that's fine. For a national or multinational, it's pretty useless - it 
doesn't help you very much to know that someone's coming from a Cable & 
Wireless IP.
