Hey, Thank you for replying. Nope am not using IIS, I just have a plain win2k machine that used to ftp without any problems before.....now i cant even find ftp.dll but can find ftp://ftp.exe I am unable to connect to 5 sites owned by the company i work for but am able to connect to them when i go to a cyber cafe.... I have tried stopping apache ....no use...tried to go to the php.ini file and see if there is anything about enableing FTP...none...going crazy.
