Is is possible to use php_auto_prepend and php_auto_append with .cgi files located in the cgi-bin? I wanted to wrap a header and footer around a few files. I am specifying the config directives in the .htaccess file. AllowOverride All is on in the httpd.conf. Anyone have any ideas?
