I suppose I might as well answer this question for the third or fourth time on this list:
That's because PHP wasn't built to run with Apache 2.0.25. Apache has changed so much between the 2.0.xx releases that the php developers can't keep up with it. Wait until the next RC of PHP or the next stable version.
