Hi my system is: Windows Me Apache Server for Windows 1.3... PHP 4.1.1 I have the following problem. I change the variables in the C:\WINDOWS\php.ini file but there is no affect. Also after the change I always restart the Apache server and icall the php.info() function. The function's results are not changed. Example I change the register_globals from Off to On but there is no affect also for the display_errors.
