[PHP] form opens a php window.

Hi, I have a form, that I need to control the parameters in the _blank target once it is submitted.   Everything works, fine except the client wants the result of the poll in a popup window, and I am not able to control the parameters on the new window.   Can any one help me with this? Thanks.   E
