So Far, based on what feedback I have been given, these books are what I'll
probably buy:
'Linux System Administration (Linux Library)'
'LPI Linux Certification in a Nutshell'
'Hacking Exposed'
(second addition, first is said to be 'avoided', the second 'excellent')
'Hacking Linux Exposed'
'Linux Apache Web Server Administration (Linux Library)'
and some others.
thanks to all for the tips, especially the reminder to search amazon and read
the reviews.
The 'about.com' company tries to give the same USER feedback on just about
everything, from MP3 players to washingmachines. It's getting better all the
time, the site. MAYBE someday we can buy stuff at *almart that doesn't have 90
day guarentees, and actually lasts ..... just that long.
America, land of landFILL. At least we can buy good linux books!
