Well a person could do something like this:

  $file = "http://www.php.net/support.php";;
  $fcontents = htmlspecialchars(implode('', file ("$file")));
  echo "<PRE>$fcontents</PRE>";
?>

All this will do is return the webpage as text so that you can read it in
your browser.
