[PHP] PEAR Syntax

Hi There,

I'm just exploring PEAR a bit, and am confused.

Many examples cite calling functions such as:

RFC822_Mail::parseAddressList(...);

But when I call the function like that, I get a parse error. Any ideas 
anyone?
