It's not free- but hey, those guys have given us a lot already. The server _must_ be running the ZendOptimizer or it won't work. I recommend getting the ZendEncoder (assuming it has been ported to your devel platform- last time I checked, it hadn't yet been ported to OS X or PPC Linux- but it has been ported to the major x86 distro's) ZendEncoder solves a lot of problem.
