Hmm.. using frames would work, but let's try something else. Make a whole new table underneath your main table and make it 100% height and see if that works. It should crunch your first table to normal size and then your second footer table 'should' take up the rest of the space on the page. If that doesnt work.. I've ran out of ideas and you'll need to use frames ;)
