I've been using HTML-Kit for about 3 year, it does highlighting for a boat load of languages, supports scriptable plug-ins, remote file editing, preview mode (using embbedded IE), and context senstive help feature that will go pull up the php.net manual page for php functions (and the Netscape or MS pages for JavaScript functions)... oh and it's free.
