[PHP] File Upload Abject Misery Solved

Thank you for everybody tried to help with the file uploading problem.

I figured out the problem.

Don't you hate it how the obvious mistakes are the hardest to find.

The answer was, it is ENCTYPE not ENC_TYPE

doh!!!!!
