What webserver are you using? Or are you looking just at command line usage? The PHP documentation covers a wide range of setups. http://docs.php.net/manual/en/install.windows.php http://docs.php.net/manual/en/install.windows.manual.php http://docs.php.net/manual/en/install.windows.commandline.php for example. If you are using IIS7, then you can use Web Platform Installer (WPI) to automatically install FastCGI and then PHP (I'd also add WinCache and RewriteURL).
